The newest reality show to hit the airwaves is CBS's "Undercover Boss". It blazes onto the scene in a timely fashion when we are living in a culture of people who are fed up with companies who believe that CEO's are out of touch with those who are working in the trenches. The twist of this show is that there are some CEO's willing to go undercover to see how their employees really feel about the company for the sake of improving the business. I've enjoyed what I've seen so far. I can only hope that there are CEO's taking note.
